This policy is designed to outline a Buyer's rights and responsibilities and is a part of Forustt’s Terms of Service.

As a Buyer, you will be solely responsible for reviewing the item description before making an offer, and/or purchasing. The contract to purchase will be between you and the Seller and not between you and Forustt. Forustt does not physically evaluate items listed for sale and is not responsible for any item flaws, wear and tear, or description inaccuracies. In the event of an issue with a purchase, such as an item not as described, please inform us through our Return Request process within 3 days of delivery. If the Return Request is approved by Forustt, a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to the Buyer to ship item(s) back to Seller(s). Buyers who make unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund through Forustt.

Purchases

Once a Buyer purchases an item, it will be considered a binding contract between the Buyer and Seller. Upon purchasing an item, a Buyer must remit payment through PayPal for the Item(s), including any listed shipping, applicable taxes, or additional fees. Forustt is not and does not become a party to or other participant in any contractual relationship between Users, nor is Forustt an insurer. Forustt is not acting as an agent in any capacity for any User. Forustt is not an auctioneer, a Seller or a shipping carrier.

 Forustt reserves the right to delay or cancel any purchase for Trust and Safety purposes, including but not limited to suspected fraud and to protect Users from illegal or otherwise prohibited activities.

All purchases are final with no returns, refunds, cancellations, or retractions allowed, except where:

• Forustt cancels the purchase or the purchase has otherwise been canceled when explicitly permitted by Forustt or, if applicable, a Seller; or
• Any of the criteria is met under the Return Eligibility section of the Refund Policy; or 
• A Buyer receives an item that is found on the Prohibited Items Policy

Payments

Buyers may pay for items only by using payment methods approved by Forustt. By submitting payment information to PayPal, you authorize PayPal to store that information and with your confirmation, charge you for any items purchased. The checkout process will begin on Forustt but will be completed on PayPal. PayPal is a Third-Party Service, and if you access or use PayPal's services you agree to abide by, the PayPal User Agreement. Forustt does not store any payment information. 

 Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs as detailed in the Shipping Policy incurred with respect to their purchased Item(s).
