How do I signup/login as a Seller?

1. Go to Forustt.com and click on 'SELL YOUR GEAR'

2. Click on 'Join Now' on the left side or just below 'Login to My Account'

3. Fill out the required fields for 'Create Account' and click 'create my account'

4. You will be directed to your Seller portal. NOTE - you have not completed setting up your Seller Account just yet. Please complete the two notifications at the top of your screen in order to add products and receive payment from Forustt.

5. Start with verification of your email. Click 'Get Verification Link'.

6. Go to your personal email that you used to create your account and click the email from Forustt (Please Note - the email address is sent from multivendor@webkul.com our 3rd party API).

7. In the email, click on 'Verify your Email'.

8. After you click the link you will receive a second email from Forustt (multivendor@webkul.com) notifying you that you are now registered on Forustt.

9. After you have verified your email, go back to the Seller Login Page and go to 'Profile' at the top and click 'My Account'.

10. Fill in the required fields for 'Account Details' i.e. Seller Name, Seller Shop Name (this can be your name or you can create your own store name), Store Address (home address - where you will be shipping the product from. Do NOT put the address of a shipping carrier), City, State, Country, Zip Code, and Seller Phone Number. When Finished, don't forget to click 'Save Changes'. COMPLETION OF THIS STEP WILL ALLOW YOU TO ADD PRODUCTS TO FORUSTT.

11. Lastly, under 'Profile' click on 'Payment Details' and fill in the required fields. Don't have a PayPal Account? Just click the PayPal link HERE and click 'Personal' to sign up for an account. COMPLETION OF THIS STEP WILL ALLOW FORUSTT TO PAY YOU AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN MADE.

Is it free to signup as a Seller?

Yes, it is free to signup and post products on Forustt.

Do I need to create an account if I'm only buying products?

Yes, in order to purchase products on Forustt you have to create an account. This helps our system in case a Return is required.

Where do I create my Buyer account?

For desktop, click on the person icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Click 'create account' located underneath 'Sign in'.

For mobile, click on the main menu (3 lines) in the upper left-hand corner of screen. Click on the person icon on the lower left-hand side of the screen. Click 'create account' located underneath 'Sign in'.

What shipping method is used for Forustt?

All products are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage - Package

What is the expected delivery time for USPS Ground Advantage?

Expected delivery 2-5 business days. Packages going to certain places (including Alaska, Hawaii, etc.), may receive slower service.

What is the maximum weight for a USPS package?

The maximum weight is 70lbs.

How do I get my shipping label?

1. Login to you Seller Account

2. Go to 'Orders' and click on 'Orders Listing'

3. Confirm the Order ID # from the email you received from Forustt and match it with the Order ID # in your Orders Listing.

4. In your Seller account, under 'Orders Listing' on the right-hand side, click on the 3 dots under 'Action' and click on 'View'

5. Click the drop down arrow on 'Actions' and select 'Print shipping label'

NOTE - Make sure to save the shipping label to your desktop in case you need to re-print. Also, When you go to print the shipping label, select 'Scale' and scale it down to a % where none of the label will get cut off.

How do I pick and prepare my packaging?

  • Whether you’re using a box, soft mailer, padded envelope, or tube, use packaging that doesn't bulge and is strong enough to protect what you’re sending.
  • It's important to accurately measure the size and weight of your package so you can avoid unexpected fees.
  • Make sure the weight is accurate: Use a kitchen scale or postal scale (not a bathroom scale), or have your package weighed at the Post Office. Include the weight of everything, including packing materials.
  • Check the dimensions. If you’re using your own packaging, dimensional (DIM) weight may apply, so ensure you’re paying enough for postage.
  • Make sure there are no old shipping labels visible on your packaging.
  • Use clear tape and tape the pre-paid shipping label to your package.

How do I ship my package?

When you’re ready to send your package, USPS will come to your address to pick it up! Save time—Schedule a Pickup online:

  • Pick up during regular mail delivery (free!): USPS will pick up eligible packages for free.
  • Pickup On Demand® (premium paid service): For a fee, you can select a 2-hour period for the Post Office to pick up your packages.
  • Drop package off at your nearest USPS store.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return any item?

At Forustt, all sales are final. However, we will facilitate a refund, if the buyer is dissatisfied for the following reasons:

  • Undisclosed damage
  • Wrong item
  • Item not as described in the listing

We do not offer returns for:

  • Delayed deliveries
  • Fit issues
  • No longer want the item
  • Gift cards
  • For other reasons not listed in the eligibility criteria

How do I initiate a return?

If an item is eligible for a return. The Buyer must first, inform Forustt of the issue by reporting it to support@forustt.com and initiate a return request within 3 days from the local delivery time. After 3 days, returns are not permitted.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Typically, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment no later than 5-7 business days after confirmation that the item was returned by the Buyer to the Seller using the return label provided by Forustt.

If the item was shipped and confirmed by the designated shipping carrier but is not received by the Seller, the Buyer will be refunded no later than 15 calendar days from the first scan date.

NOTE: If the Buyer does not use the return label provided by Forustt, then a refund will not be issued.

How soon do I need to send the item back?

When a return is approved, Forustt provides a shipping label to the Buyer, paid for by the Seller. The Buyer has three (3) calendar days to provide the item to the designated shipping carrier or the return may be voided.

As a Seller, what if I receive a return item that is not in the same condition as initially shipped?

When the Seller receives an item back from the Buyer, the Seller has 24 hours from delivery to let Forustt know that the item is not in the same condition as initially shipped. Sellers can inform Forustt about the item’s altered condition at support@forustt.com and must provide all information and photos requested by Forustt within 24 hours. Forustt will review the request and take appropriate action, at its discretion.

Return Process Abuse

Abuse of the Return process, by either a Seller or a Buyer, may result in account limitation(s), account removal, and/or legal action, as determined by Forustt in its sole discretion.

We recommend inspecting your item upon receiving and contacting us immediately if there is an issue. 

To avoid a problem with a sale, we advise sellers to be as descriptive and detailed as possible when creating listings. We encourage buyers to review the listing photos, description, and item condition, and if you have any questions, please ask the seller for additional details, measurements, or photos.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

How will I know an order was placed on my item(s)?

You will receive an email from Forustt (address: multivendor@webkul.com) informing you that an order has been placed.

What do I do once an order has been placed on my item(s)?

1. Login to your Seller account.

2. Go to 'Orders' and click on 'Orders Listing'

3. Under 'Action' click the 3 dots for the corresponding 'Order ID #' that you received in the email.

4. Click the dropdown menu on 'Actions' and select 'Fulfill Order'

5. Package up your item and follow shipping steps to print and attach shipping label.

How do I receive payment for my order(s)?

1. In your Seller account, go to 'Profile' click on 'Payment Details' and fill in the required fields. Don't have a PayPal Account? Just click the PayPal link HERE and click 'Personal' to sign up for an account. COMPLETION OF THIS STEP WILL ALLOW FORUSTT TO PAY YOU AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN MADE.

2. Once the item(s) have been delivered (confirm with tracking number). Go to 'Orders' click on 'Orders Listing'. Under 'Action' click the 3 dots and select 'View'. Under the 'Actions' dropdown menu, select 'Delivered'

3. You will receive payment in your PayPal account within 4 business days after you have marked your item(s) as 'delivered'.

What are the fees for selling on Forustt?

For all sales, Forustt's commission fee is 15.7% + $1.00, and you keep the rest.

We handle the financial transaction for you (including paying the 3.49% + fixed ($0.49) PayPal merchant fee and the fixed ($0.25) PayPal payout fee. We also provide you with a prepaid, pre-addressed shipping label.
